Is Bidrock suitable for companies with no tender experience?

What does Otto actually do?

Otto reads tender portals every day, matches tenders to your products and reviews technical specifications into requirement matrices. It drafts the technical proposal, ESPD, declarations, price offer form and clarification questions for your approval, alerts you to deadlines and changes, and shows what buyers paid for products with the same specs. Your team sets the prices and submits.

Do I need to learn a new platform?

No. Otto works in Slack, Microsoft Teams and email, and with tools you already use, such as Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive and SharePoint. You ask in chat and Otto hands back the files. The Bidrock workspace is there when you want every tender and task in one place.

Do you cover my country?

Most likely. Otto reads TED, the EU's official tender journal, for all 27 EU countries plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, and many national and local portals for smaller tenders. Not every local portal is covered yet: ask Otto or write to us, and we add it.

Do I need to search for tenders myself?

No. Otto checks the portals every day and brings you the tenders that match what you sell, by product, CPV code and keywords. You can also ask Otto to look for something specific at any time.
